LONDON.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/4 choke, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, hand-detachable lockplates with bold acanthus scroll engraving and scrolling borders, the underside with 'BADMINTON MODEL' in an oval cartouche, brushed bright finish, 15in. well-figured replacement stock (slightly cast on for the left shoulder), weight 6lb. 5oz., in a brass-cornered leather case
