No. 1604 PRIZE AWARDED LONDON FIELD GUN TRIALS 1879', underside of barrel marked 'NOT FOR BALL' and with later nitro proof, bead fore-sight, short sighting rib at breech, border engraved rounded action with swing under-lever, border engraved back-action rebounding lock signed 'CHAS. H MALEHAM', chequered walnut capped pistol-grip butt-stock with solid rubber English pad and chequered walnut splinter fore-end with cross-key fastener, weight 10 1/2lb.
