circa 1800, with 27in. slightly shortened barrels (mostly cleaned of finish), knock-off breech-blocks inlet with gold poincons to each signed 'D. CHARTERS BERWICK', further gold line and touch-holes to breeches, moulded sighting groove to the top-tang, flat bevel-edged locks with stepped tails and signed 'BURNIE' below the rainproof pans, roller frizzens, walnut half-stock chequered at the wrist (repairs above both locks, small losses to fore-end edges), iron furniture and replacement ramrod
