A PAIR OF 32-BORE FLINTLOCK ALL-BRASS SASH-PISTOLS WITH SPRUNG BAYONETS, UNSIGNED, no visible serial numbers,
Belgian circa 1800, with slightly swamped octagonal 4 1/2in. barrels (heavy bruising to muzzle of one), integral slab-sided boxlock actions engraved with floral oval panels to each side, central hammers with sliding safes (top-jaw missing on one pistol), semi slab-sided skip-chequered butts inlet with silver wire scrolls around the back-edge and pommels and florally carved at the heads, sliding iron trigger-guard bows releasing the under-slung bayonets (bayonet lock defective on one pistol)
