circa 1800, with round 4in. barrel, flat sighting plane signed 'H-NOCK LONDON', platinum line at breech together with a band of engraving, small crescent fore-sight and standing notch rear-sight, engraved top-tang, border engraved bevel-edged step-tailed lock with roller frizzen and semi rainproof pan (cock repaired at neck), walnut full-stock with chequered bag-shaped butt, white-metal pommel-cap and engraved iron furniture (rubbed), exposed iron surfaces with patchy staining
