one of the last produced in 1873, with blued 4in. octagonal barrel (strong traces of finish), the top-flat signed 'ADDRESS COL SAML. COLT NEW-YORK US AMERICA', plain cylinder with roll engraved scene, open iron frame marked 'COLT'S PATENT', brass grip-straps and trigger guard bow with strong traces of silver plate, articulated under-barrel rammer and smooth walnut grips
