circa 1856, with re-blued octagonal 6in. barrel, engraved band at muzzle and borderline engraved panels to each flat, scroll engraving at throat, borderline engraved top-strap signed 'DEANE ADAM & DEANE NO. 30 KING WILLIAM ST.T. LONDON BRIDGE' (rubbed), plain five-shot cylinder with engraved band to leading edge, borderline and scroll engraved solid frame with sliding cylinder lock to the right hand side and inverted 'L' shaped safe-spring to the left, chequered walnut semi saw-handled grip, spurless hammer, refinished throughout and complete with its original oak storage case line and compartmented in green baize and together with a bag-shaped flask, bullet mould, turn-screw, loading and cleaning rods, caps etc., small parchment Deane Adams & Deane trade label inside lid
