A GOOD 60-BORE PERCUSSION FIVE-SHOT REVOLVER, UNSIGNED, MODEL 'WEBLEY-BENTLEY TYPE', no visible serial number,
mid 19th century, with octagonal 4 5/8in. barrel (reblued in antiquity), small blade fore-sight, standing notch rear-sight to top of recoil shield, wedge barrel fastener, two-piece frame of Webley style with 'Bentley' action, the spurless hammer with Bentley's patent safe, plain blued cylinder, semi saw-handled frame with chequered walnut grips, guarded trigger and articulated rammer to the left hand side of barrel, the whole retaining much original blued finish except where noted
