for 1947-48, blued 18 1/2in. barrel, dove-tailed fore-sight, elevating notch rear-sight, moulded loading tap handle, plain air-chamber marked with the make and model details and with no provision for a telescopic sight, plain trigger unit with early double sear unit (working), walnut semi saw-handled half-stock with inlet 'Webley' medallion and factory chequered grip, narrow machined grooves to fore-end and push-button under-lever, the whole of the metalwork expertly refinished, overall length 43in., weight approximately 6 3/4lbs.
