PIPER', walnut half-stock with chequered wrist, steel butt-plate with engraved tang, engraved steel trigger-guard with pineapple finial, original piped rammer, actions correctly, worn with some rust patches, pitting around muzzle and hammer, trigger-guard and butt-plate engraving rubbed, wrist chequering smoothed, 46 in. overall
