A .577/450 MARTINI-HENRY MARK II CARBINE, no visible serial number, 1890s, with sighted 20 1/2 in. barrel, various proof and inspection marks, falling-block lever action, walnut stock, reconstructed with a heavy refinish, no visible marks remain on the knoxform, butt and several smaller parts are replacements, including cocking indicator, action pivot pin, butt-screws, lever cup, forestock with significant loss on right side by the receiver, missing its cleaning rod, 37 1/2 in. overall
