for 1955, 28in. nitro barrels, the rib engraved 'SHOT AND REGULATED BY. HOLLAND & HOLLAND LTD', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, scroll-back action, automatic safety, acanthus scroll engraving with beaded bordering, the sides of the action with central 'H & H.' detail, retaining some original colour-hardening and finish, 14 5/8in. figured stock, weight 6lb. 8oz.
