circa 1795, with triple-banded 10 5/8in. cannon-muzzled barrel signed at the breech 'PERRY - LONDON', iron top-tang with pull-back release catch for the concave sided triangular cross-section bayonet with locking loop at muzzle, borderline engraved bevel-edged lock with step tail and sliding safe behind the hammer, 'PERRY' signature forwards of the hammer, walnut full-stock with exposed muzzle (old crack to wrist behind lock), brass furniture, acorn finial and original brass-mounted ramrod
