A PAIR OF AFRICAN TRIBAL FISHING SPEARS, late 19th Century, probably Zulu as tang-mounted hand forged flattened steel blades, 5 in. with a single barb on each edge, shafts with twists. mounted with spiralled steel strips to wooden hafts with hand-shaped flared terminals, surface rust, one barb missing from each blade, some splitting to hafts. each 48 in. overall
