* AN INTERESTING 20-BORE INDIAN MATCHLOCK MUSKET, no visible serial number, the 42in. barrel late 18th century and of reeded and carved form with flutes forming a chevron design for approximately one third the length, straight flutes to breech section and further reeded design to the flared muzzle, hinged pan-cover, long iron side-plates concealing the serpentine, squared tiller full-stock or 'torador' form, skeletal trigger blade and later barrel-bands, small losses to wood throughout
