A GROUP OF THREE GERMAN THIRD REICH BAYONETS FOR THE K98k RIFLE, late 1930s-early 1940s, each with 10 in. single-edged steel blades fullered on each side together with steel scabbards, 16 in. overall; 1) ricasso marked 'KARL EICKHORN' with '8652 / e' over, wooden grips, scabbard marked at the throat '972 / d' and 'S/174 / 1937', blade good, exposed metalwork with surface rust, grips dented with losses; 2) ricasso marked 'ddl' with '2757 / e' over, Bakelite grips, scabbard with matching '2757 / e' and 'ddl / 1940' blade good, surface rust, frog stud bent and loose; 3) ricasso marked 'PAUL WEYERSBERG / & Co. / SOLINGEN', Bakelite grips, scabbard marked '2755' and '44asw', blade good, exposed metalwork rusted
