TWO .32 (RIMFIRE) NICKEL-PLATED FIVE-SHOT SINGLE ACTION POCKET REVOLVERS, UNSIGNED, no visible serial numbers,
American, circa 1870, the first a model 'DEFENDER' with 2 1/2in. octagonal barrel, crescent fore-sight, no facility for rear-sight, fluted cylinder, plain frame, black chequered hard-rubber birdshead grips and sheath trigger, the second of similar form marked 'VICTOR No3', 2 1/2in. round barrel, sighting groove to top-strap, fluted cylinder, plain frame and smooth walnut birdshead grips (cylinder axis pins replaced on both pistols)
