for 1915, with blued 5 1/2in. barrel, blade fore-sight, sighting groove to the top-strap, the barrel marked with the makers details and patents to 1905, blued fluted swing-out cylinder (crane replaced), solid frame with British Government inspectors marks, hard rubber chequered grips, lanyard ring to heel, much original finish but lightly scratched
