first quarter of the 20th century, with blued, sighted 20 1/2in. octagonal smoothbore barrel, the top-flat signed 'ORIGINAL WILL', plain nickel-plated air-chamber, walnut butt-stock chequered at the wrist, nickel-plated furniture including heelplate and cocking lever, smooth walnut fore-end with side mounted barrel release, good amount of original finish remaining throughout
