LONDON.' and gold-inlaid '2' at the breech end, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 3/4 choke, the fences finely carved in high relief with oak leaves on a finely matted background, toplever gold-inlaid '2', automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, fine feathered border engraving, retaining some original colour-hardening, 14 7/8in. stock including 7/8in. recoil pad, weight 6lb. 8oz., in a brass-cornered oak and leather case
