A WORLD WAR TWO GERMAN DRESS-DAGGER, UNSIGNED, MODEL 'TYPE II LUFTWAFFE',
circa 1939, with plain stiletto 9 3/4in. blade, finely detailed aluminium crossguard in the form of an eagle with out-stretched drooping wings clutching a swastika in its talons, the reverse pebbled and the top-surfaces carved with oak-leaves, cream-coloured celluloid grip with spiral wire binding and bulbous swastika alloy pommel, complete with its correct pebbled scabbard with oak-leaf carving near the tip, twin suspension rings (one ring replaced), its bullion cloth hanger and its bullion portapee knot (distressed)
