circa 1918, with 5in. barrel, military reblacked slide with maker's details, patent dates to 1913 and calibre designation, blacked frame with grip-safe, chequered walnut grips with diamond shaped panels around the fixing screws, smooth mainspring housing and correct magazine, retaining much military refinish, complete with an English type full-flap leather holster
