A .577 PATTERN 1859 STYLE PERCUSSION MUSKET OF INDIAN MANUFACTURE, CIRCA 1870, no visible serial number, 38ins. barrel with block and blade front-sight, fixed block vee rear-sight, the lock plain except for a faint and spurious "ENFIELD" mark to the centre, fully stocked and fitted with iron mounts including butt-plate, trigger-guard and nose-cap, two sold barrel bands and the top band of clamping pattern with sling swivel, barrel, lock and bands polished bright with some pitting and staining, complete with rod.
