for 2014, 42in. nitro chopperlump barrels, the rib engraved 'WATSON BROS. 41 TOWER BRIDGE ROAD CITY OF LONDON', the breech ends with carved oak leaf and acorn detailing, 101mm chambers, bored approx. full choke in both, treble-grip action with side-clips, hidden third bite, removable striker discs, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, cocking-indicators, rolled-edge triggerguard, the action, lockplates and furniture carved in relief with oak leaf and acorn motifs on a darkly matted background, the lockplates with scrolling banners inlaid in gold with the makers name, the underside with a centrally carved oval vignette depicting geese over a wetland setting, the triggerplate signed by the engraver, bright finish overall, 15 3/4in. highly-figured pistolgrip stock with steel pistolgrip-cap engraved en suite, the fore-end furniture similarly engraved, weight 17lb. 12oz.
