circa 1870, 29 7/8in. black powder only reproved bold damascus barrels, rib re-engraved 'TRULOCK & HARRISS. 9. DAWSON ST. DUBLIN.' and '2', the breech end with border and scrollwork refreshed, wall thicknesses at 17, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl choke in both, Jones patent rotary-underlever, elaborate carved percussion fences, rebounding sidelocks, profusely engraved with fine acanthus scrollwork with beaded borders, the top tang engraved '2', retaining slight traces of original colour-hardening and with some re-bluing, 14 1/4in. highly-figured stock including wooden buttplate, weight 6lb. 8oz.
