for 1898, 28in. replacement nitro barrels (by another, with London proof marks for 1984), the rib engraved 'NEW BARRELS MADE FOR STEPHEN GRANT & SONS. GUN No. 7060', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/4 choke, fluted fences, removable striker discs, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, fine border and scroll engraving, brushed bright finish overall, the underside with some hammer marks and small crack by triggerplate screw, 14 7/8in. figured stock, fore-end wood with minor repairs, weight 6lb. 1oz., in a Brady lightweight case
