A CASED 46-BORE PERCUSSION FIVE-SHOT REVOLVER, MODEL 'KERR'S PATENT', no visible serial number
circa 1863, with 5 1/2in. octagonal sighted barrel, plain cylinder, plain frame signed 'KERR'S PATENT', back-action lock and hammer, chequered walnut butt, iron pommel-cap with lanyard ring, hinged under-barrel rammer, cleaned throughout with small parts re-finished, London proof marks; COMPLETE WITH a period mahogany storage-case, re-lined and compartmented in dark green baize and containing a period mould and oil bottle
