circa 1805, with round 39in. barrel, block fore-sight, moulded band at breech, solid top-tang, borderline engraved lock signed 'TOWER' and marked with a crown over 'GR' device, walnut handrail three-quarter stock, flat top to comb, the right side of butt stamped 'B' over 'NORTH' over '34', the left hand action cheek marked 'I. HOLLIS', brass furniture, iron stirrup swivels and ramrod, fitted with a later buff leather sling of period style
