circa 1830, with 30 1/4in. barrel rifled in seven grooves, brass fore-sight, standing notch rear-sight, break-off style breech, Tower proofs, slightly curved borderline engraved lock signed at the pointed tail 'W. KETLAND', crown cypher over 'G.R.' forwards of the hammer, walnut full-stock, brass furniture, the heel-plate top-spur marked 'B' over '66' together with the letters 'A B' and including a pistol-gripped spurred trigger-guard tang, iron pan-headed ram-rod and bayonet bar mounted to the right hand side of muzzle
