A RARE .177 HAENEL MODEL 28R PRE-WAR REPEATING AIR-PISTOL, serial no. 1721,
circa 1929, with fixed 4 3/4in. rifled barrel marked with the calibre to the left side, blade fore-sight, elevating buckhorn rear-sight, hinged air-chamber lifting to cock, the top of chamber stamped 'HAENEL MOD. 28R, BRIT. PAT. NO. 277265 D.R.P.', detachable in-line magazine to rear, push-button cylinder release forwards of the trigger-guard bow and smooth wood grips with 'Haenel' medallions inlet to heel, original finish remaining to sheltered areas and complete with two additional spare magazines
