A .177 LINCOLN JEFFERIES BREAK-BARREL AIR-PISTOL, serial no. 800,
circa 1925, with 9 1/16in. rifled barrel, dove-tailed fore-sight, notch rear-sight, the top-flat of breech stamped 'THE LINCOLN AIR PISTOL' and the right hand side 'BEST ENGLISH MAKE', steeply slanted air-chamber forming the grip, side-bar barrel release, the cocking link forming the trigger-guard (thumbwheel take-down screw at front), web of grip marked 'PATT No. 181277' and the serial number, the whole refinished (some loss to detail) with some fine shallow pitting
