for 1910 and 1914, 28in. replacement nitro chopperlump barrels (by the makers in 1987), the tubes engraved 'J. PURDEY & SONS. AUDLEY HOUSE, SOUTH AUDLEY STREET, LONDON. ENGLAND', the ribs numbered '1' and '2', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, toplevers engraved '1' and '2', automatic safeties with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' details, removable striker discs, cocking-indicators, best fine acanthus scroll engraving with floral bouquets, retaining very slight traces of original colour-hardening, 15 3/4in. stocks including 1in. wooden extensions, No.1 with replacement fore-end wood, No.2 fore-end wood with cracks towards knuckle and losses to leading right edge, weight 6lb. 14oz., with canvas and leather slips
