circa 1845, with 2 3/4in. fully fluted six-shot colour hardened barrel-cluster, polished muzzle-face, Birmingham proofs, rounded colour hardened border and scroll engraved action with moulded nipple-guard, colour hardened bar-hammer and grip-straps, smooth walnut grips with engraved colour hardened heel-plate and guarded trigger, the whole retaining much original finish (trigger guard frosted)
