for 1903, 30in. nitro chopperlump barrels , rib re-engraved 'J. PURDEY & SONS. AUDLEY HOUSE. SOUTH AUDLEY STREET. LONDON. MADE OF SIR JOSEPH WHITWORTH'S FLUID PRESSED STEEL.' and '2', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, left wall at 18, removable striker discs, automatic safety, 'arrow' cocking-indicators, fine border and acanthus scroll engraving with floral bouquets, bright finish, 15in. figured replacement stock (slight setting crack to rear of lockplates), weight 6lb. 9oz., in a brass-cornered leather case
