for 1977, with blued 22 1/4in. barrel, tunnel fore-sight, adjustable rear-sight, sliding barrel-lock at breech, blued air-chamber with 13mm machined dove-tail for telescopic sight equipped with dual arrestor-block holes, push-button safe without indicator (not engaging), serial number marked on trigger unit, walnut Monte-Carlo half-stock with right-hand cheek-piece and chequered pistol-grip, three chequered panels to fore-end, some light marks to wood but generally collectors external condition and fitted with later 'Q.D.' sling swivels and a basketweave leather sling
Provenance: Of the many variants of HW35, the walnut stocked 'Luxus' is one of the hardest models to find in the UK, with the majority of buyers prefering the HW35 'E'. The three panel chequered fore-end was dropped in favour of a plain finish in around 1980
