COLT' over 'NEW YORK CITY', open iron frame (slight traces of colour, trigger return spring at fault)), plain roll engraved six-shot cylinder, silver-plated brass grip-straps and trigger guard (much plating remaining), smooth flared walnut grip, all matching numbers including wedge, in a period case relined in dark red felt and including a reproduction flask, an original iron Colt mould with sprue-cutter and caps
