for 1953, 28in. nitro chopperlump barrels, with raised file-cut matt rib, the tubes engraved 'Fca. AGUIRRE Y ARANZABAL. EIBAR. ESPANA. CANONES "DEMI-BLOC" ESPECIAL BELLOTA.', and with acanthus scroll engraving at the breech-ends, 3in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 choke in both, treble-grip action with hidden third-bite and side-clips, removable striker discs, the toplever gold-inlaid with the AYA trademark, manual safety with gold-inlaid 'S' detail, hand-detachable lockplates, cocking-indicators, gold-washed 'Miller' selectable single-trigger, the action and furniture engraved with floral scrollwork, the lockplates engraved with game scenes of duck and pheasant, bright and blued finish, 14 1/2in. figured stock with montecarlo comb (cast for a left-hander), beavertail fore-end, weight 5lb. 15oz.
