circa 1800, with 39in. barrel struck with the King's proofs at breech (faint), borderline engraved lock bearing the 'TOWER' crown G.R. cypher, fitted with swan-neck cock, regulation brass mounted full walnut stock, with high comb and handrail wrist, the right side of the butt with dated storekeeper stamp for 1800, the barrel and lock worn and pitted overall, complete with sling swivels and loading rod
