circa 1892, 29in. nitro reproved barrels (in 2024), rib engraved 'MADE OF SIR JOSEPH WHITWORTH'S FLUID PRESSED STEEL.' and 'HOLLAND & HOLLAND, 98, NEW BOND STREET, LONDON.', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. in both, fences engraved with shell motifs, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, best 'Royal' scroll engraving, the underside with 'ROYAL HAMMERLESS EJECTOR' within an elaborate cartouche, brushed finish, 14 3/4in. replacement stock, weight 6lb. 13oz.
