circa 1975, 29 1/4in. nitro reproved replacement barrels (in 1989), with 9mm ventilated matt top-rib, the left side engraved 'SPECIAL SPORTING BARRELS BY YARDLEY LONDON.' and marked 'SO4' at the breech end, barrels numbered C10733B, 2 3/4in. chambers, multichoke (no spares), hold-open toplever pierced with a rose and gold-inlaid with a crown, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'S' detail, gold-washed single trigger, profusely engraved in relief with art nouveau floral and acanthus designs on a file cut matt background, the triggerplate signed 'Zoli', 14in. well-figured semi-pistolgrip stock (slight crack to the rear of the top tang) including 5/8in. leather covered recoil pad, weight 7lb. 13oz., in a Beretta case
