for 1976, 27 1/2in. nitro barrels with 6mm ventilated matt top-rib, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 3/4 choke, three-piece fore-end, pierced hold-open toplever, manual safety with integral barrel selector switch and gold-inlaid 'O', 'U' and 'S' details, fine acanthus scroll engraving with raised gold leaf and line detailing, the left sideplate with a flock of duck alighting a wetland landscape, the right with a nye of pheasant, the underside with a spaniel retrieving partridge, the triggerplate signed 'R, CAPECE', 14 5/8in. roachbelly stock including 1 1/8in. leather recoil pad, weight 7lb. 5oz., with a universal double motor case
