circa 1700, with two-stage 34in. barrel with carved bands at the intersection, Spanish-style gold inlaid poincon signed 'IO SPIRKENPICHLER' (sic) at breech together with another inlaid poincon featuring a running dog and for quality stamps at breech, bead fore-sight within an inlaid silver star, plain curved bevel-edged lockplate signed 'JOSEPH SPIRKENBICKLER', carved, fluted continental-style walnut half-stock (shortened from full-stock), brass toe-cap, floral carving forwards of the brass replacement trigger-guard and around the ramrod channel, brass thimble applied to barrel and replacement ramrod
