27 1/2in. nitro reproved barrels, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 choke in both, minor dents, right wall at 18, treble-grip action, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, fine bouquet and scroll engraving, retaining traces of original colour-hardening, 13 3/4in. figured stock, possible repair to right overhorn, weight 5lb. 13oz., in its lightweight leather 'violin' case
Provenance: The makers have kindly informed us that this shotgun was completed October 1923 with 27 1/2in. barrels and originated from an order placed by their Strand premises.
