circa 1810, with round tapering 9in. barrel, solid flared top-tang, Birmingham proofs to breech, flat slightly curved lockplate with borderline engraving signed 'WARRANTED' forwards of the hammer, walnut full-stock, heavy brass furniture including serpentine side-plate, captive iron swivel ramrod (iron surfaces stained, top-jaw screw replaced)
