AN 11mm PINFIRE SIX-SHOT DOUBLE-ACTION REVOLVER, UNSIGNED, MODEL 'LEFAUCHEUX PATENT, no visible serial number,
Belgian, circa 1867 but English finished, with two-stage 6 3/8in. barrel, Birmingham proofs, barleycorn fore-sight, plain cylinder with external ratchet locking, hinged loading gate to the recoil shield, open frame, chequered bag-shaped grip, iron trigger-guard bow and manual ejector rod mounted to front of frame (minimal traces of finish, trigger return spring at fault)
