A WORLD WAR TWO GERMAN KRIEGSMARINE 'TYPE TWO' NAVAL DIRK,
circa 1941, with double-fullered 9 3/4in. stiletto blade signed at the ricasso 'ORIGINAL EICKHORN' together with a squirrel trademark, gilded 'tobak' cross-guard with button locking catch, spiral wire-bound cream-coloured celluloid hilt with gilded 'tobak' eagle and swastika pommel, the whole retaining a fair amount of original finish TOGETHER WITH its original gilded brass scabbard with lightning-bolt designs (gilding worn) and a silver wire portepee knot (lightly worn)
