Belgian, circa 1850, with octagonal 7 1/2in. etched damascus rifled turn-off barrel, bead fore-sight, standing notch rear-sight, scroll engraved squared boxlock side-hammer action with radiused front corners, chequered walnut butt with swollen pommel, white-metal shell-shaped trapdoor cap box to the base and concealed folding trigger.
