circa 1980, with 7 1/2in. blued barrel, blade fore-sight, Colt address and model details stamped to barrel, sighting groove to top-strap, blued fluted cylinder, colour-hardened frame, hammer with polished sides, blued grip-straps and trigger-guard, chequered black hard plastic grips embossed with the Colt trademark with an American eagle to the heel, the whole appearing little used
