circa 1964, with stainless-steel 4in. Briley barrel, blued slide signed 'SMITH & WESSON' along with 'MADE IN THE USA, MARCAS REGISTRADAS SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD MASS', the right side stamped 'PATENTS PENDING', ramp fore-sight, adjustable 'drum' rear-sight, 'old-gold' anodised ancilliaries, stainless-steel frame marked with the triangular Briley trademark, chequered blued alloy back-strap, stippled walnut grips and blued magazine; TOGETHER WITH its makers card carton with metal reinforced corners and including a pair of original 'S&W' walnut chequered grips and a spare magazine with instructions
