circa 1800, with plain round turn-off 3in. barrels, starred muzzles, borderline engraved slab-sided action with traces of signature, sliding safe behind the central hammer (repaired), walnut slab-sided butt, guarded trigger, the whole heavily cleaned with some loss to detail
